Sparkling and Effervescent Weissbier Enjoyment
Our “Munich White” is the insider tip for all Weissbier enthusiasts who appreciate a finely sparkling refreshment. This bronze-colored Weissbier – brewed with yeast from our in-house pure culture facility – has a fine, stable foam head. The harmoniously fruity bouquet reveals aromas of banana, apricot, clove, and vanilla, which are also present in the full-bodied, smooth flavor profile.
For the perfect Weissbier experience with a perfect foam head and typical yeast cloudiness, a half-liter Weissbier glass is ideal. Our tip: Before pouring the last third, shake the Weissbier bottle again to release the yeast from the bottom of the bottle.
As a typical South German beer specialty, Munich White pairs particularly well with white sausages, pork knuckles, poultry, as well as fish dishes and seafood, asparagus, mild cheeses, light desserts, and fruity desserts.
