This non-alcoholic beer specialty is produced using a special method: vacuum falling-film evaporation. In this process, fermentation is not stopped; instead, alcohol is removed from the fully fermented and matured beer by heating it in a vacuum. This way, the character and beer flavor are largely preserved, with significantly fewer calories.
