the world of brewing up close

Look over the shoulders of our master brewers. Take in the intense scent of the original wort. Taste a freshly draught Hofbräu beer directly from the beer tank. To really experience the brewing art of Hofbräu München up close and personal, book a guided tour through our traditional brewery: The tour participants will learn interesting facts about our beer and its processing, experience the raw materials of brewing, visit the brewhouse and fermentation cellar and learn how filling and storage are done. Afterwards, we invite the participants to enjoy a hearty Bavarian snack with ‘Leberkäse’ (traditional meatloaf) or ‘Weißwürsten’ (white sausages) in the ‘Bierstüberl’ (brewpub). To accommodate our visitors and their individual needs, advance registration for the brewery tour is required.
