From September 19 to October 4, 2026, we’ll once again come together at the world’s largest and most famous folk festival to raise a freshly tapped Hofbräu Maß and enjoy sizzling roast chicken and the unique atmosphere of the Hofbräu Festival Tent.

Our Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier was recently named “Beer of the Month August 2026” by the expert jury of the nationwide German “ProBier-Club.”

The Energy Wiesnstudio
Right in the middle of the action! This year, Radio Energy will once again broadcast live from the Energy Wiesnstudio in the Hofbräu Festival Tent.
From Monday to Friday, 3–8 pm, you can tune in to Selina and Carina’s live Oktoberfest reports. At the weekend, Dany and Sunny will bring the atmosphere to life from 2–6 pm and share the Oktoberfest experience with you.

OKTOBERFEST A MUSICAL. BEINAH WAHR… (AN ALMOST TRUE STORY)
Attention, musical fans! From September 16 to October 4, 2026, the Renaissance Theater Berlin will present a guest performance at the Komödie im Bayerischen Hof. An international troupe of performers, led by stars Ursli and Toni Pfister, tells – and invents – the love story of Ludwig I of Bavaria and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen.
As their wedding also gave rise to the famous Oktoberfest, internationally acclaimed composer Harald Faltermeyer (including Grammy winner for “AXEL F.” and “TOP GUN”), together with renowned writer Philip LaZebnik (including “POCAHONTAS” and “THE PRINCE OF EGYPT”), has turned the festival’s history, surrounded by numerous myths and legends, into an entertaining and captivating musical comedy.
